From the pre-dawn hours to the early afternoon and evening, those precious parking spaces in front of Fukuya are busy while customers pick up inexpensive, family-style breakfast, lunch and dinner plates and catering orders. The business is in its fourth generation. The macaroni salad here gets the Good Grinds Seal of Approval, as does the mochi, sushi, chow fun and misoyaki butterfish. Breakfasts are great value.
