Founded by Eddie Flores and Kwock Yum Kam here in Hawai'i, the restaurant group now includes L & L Drive-Inn stores here and L & L Hawaiian Barbecue on the Mainland. There are 43 L & L Drive-Inns on O'ahu alone. The chicken katsu remains a brisk seller, as are the low-carb plates added this year.
