Plush and plummy, this member of the award-winning Chicago-based chain has a small but lively bar with inexpensive happy hour drinks and free steak sandwiches. The staff presents the menu orally, with props (including a live lobster), introducing diners to a variety of prime-grade steaks in full or smaller sizes, seafood and a la carte potato and vegetable side dishes.
