FINE DINING

When it's time to dine (as opposed to just eat), these are O'ahu's most revered places.

INDIGO EURASIAN CUISINE

At Indigo Eurasian Cuisine in Chinatown, chef Glenn Chu and staff serve up food that is as original and beautiful as it is delicious.

Rebecca Breyer • The Honolulu Advertiser

Long a local favorite for lunch, for wine dinners and martini nights, for dinner before the theater or for late nightclubbing, award-winning Indigo, in a rustic Chinatown location with brick walls, a waterfall and other decorative touches, is the creation of chef Glenn Chu, also one of the city's most sought-after caterers. We still love the original goat cheese wontons, the sweet-and-sour baby back ribs and the value-driven lunch buffet.
