| At Indigo Eurasian Cuisine in Chinatown, chef Glenn Chu and staff serve up food that is as original and beautiful as it is delicious.

Long a local favorite for lunch, for wine dinners and martini nights, for dinner before the theater or for late nightclubbing, award-winning Indigo, in a rustic Chinatown location with brick walls, a waterfall and other decorative touches, is the creation of chef Glenn Chu, also one of the city's most sought-after caterers. We still love the original goat cheese wontons, the sweet-and-sour baby back ribs and the value-driven lunch buffet.
