2004 'ILIMA AWARD WINNER - FINE DINING
When it's time to dine (as opposed to just eat), these are O'ahu's most revered places.

Best Fine Dining Restaurant
JOHN DOMINIS

This tasteful restaurant with its indoor kahawai (waterway) and views of O'ahu's coastline and Diamond Head has been the special-occasion choice for kama'aina since 1979 for sashimi or crab-stuffed mushrooms, lobster or fresh fish four ways. The lounge menu, including fresh oysters, is one of Honolulu's best-kept secrets. Radio's Perry & Price Show is recorded here on Saturdays and the Sunday brunch is hugely popular with celebrating families.
