2004 'ILIMA AWARD WINNER - FINE DINING
When it's time to dine (as opposed to just eat), these are O'ahu's most revered places.

Best East O'ahu Restaurant
ROY'S RESTAURANT

Many would argue that the much-awarded Roy's is O'ahu's best restaurant, period. It's an energetic and exciting place with its exhibition kitchen, well-connected patrons, buzz of conversation and daily menu changes. Signature dishes: teriyaki hibachi-grilled salmon, Szechwan-spiced BBQ baby back pork ribs, blackened island 'ahi. The wine list is exceptional and Roy Yamaguchi was the first James Beard Award recipient in the Islands. A new Roy's opened in 2004 in Ko Olina.
