This contemporary bistro in downtown Kailua is always busy and sometimes a little too noisy, but that's the only flaw we can detect. The upscale but not overpriced "Eurolocal" menu ranges from chicken sate to rib-eye steak with Hawaiian salt crust; the wines by the glass are worth looking over; you can munch on a spinach and carmelized onion pizza with lilikoi puree on the patio and or take a date indoors for a more romantic dress-up evening. Good food, good energy.
