FINE DINING

When it's time to dine (as opposed to just eat), these are O'ahu's most revered places.

AZUL, JW Marriott Ihilani Hotel & Spa

This AAA Four Diamond and Wine Spectator Award winner serves the Mediterranean cuisine of chef de cuisine Arnold Gabriel, with signature dishes including osso buco and mango crab cake. Half the dining room seems to be in Italy, while the other half spills out onto the hotel's romantic garden. Worth the drive for both the food and the getaway feeling.
