This multi-level dining room is a serene retreat with a beautiful Waikiki view and excellent food prepared under the direction of chef Roberto Los Ba?os; it is an AAA Four Diamond Award winner. The Pacific Rim menu includes specialities such as opakapaka with macadamia nuts; cilantro and kaffir lime sauce; rack of lamb with orange hoisin glaze; scallion-crusted 'ahi tempura with fern shoots and hearts of palm salad.
