KYO-YA RESTAURANT

Like a trip to Japan is an evening at Kyo-Ya where kaiseki (multi-course meals) are a specialty of chef Shigeaki Inoue. The Take Niwa dining room on the first floor is a gracious place of sliding screens and blond wood; private tatami rooms upstairs seat from four to 70 guests. A broad range of Japanese dishes are available from sashimi to donburi and chazuke (rice bowls) and nabemono (simmered dishes).
