  BUFFET

If you build a buffet, we will come. Islanders love big spreads, and many restaurants use buffets to build business. Unfortunately, quantity doesn't always make for quality.

Makino Chaya

Makino Chaya introduced a hybrid buffet and sit-down concept in early 2004 and swiftly found its audience. Select from salad and sushi bar and fried-food table, then have donburi (rice bowls), tempura, grilled fish, teri chicken and generous sushi combinations made to order.
