Molly's Smokehouse

Texas-style barbecue can be had at Molly's out in Wahiawa, where platters come with pickles, onions and cornbread. Military folks from Schofield pack into its modest, old-fashioned interior during lunch and dinner to fill up on Cajun specialties of gumbo and jambalaya, Southern comfort foods of smothered pork chops and fried chicken besides their fork-tender, meaty ribs brushed with a mild, wet sauce.
