BEST DIM SUM RESTAURANT
Legend Seafood Restaurant
You can tell right away that this no-nonsense banquet room is among the yum-cha restaurants favored by immigrant Chinese — though you'll also see plenty of locals not of Chinese ancestry. It's Hong Kong-style chaos at its best, where the rice gruel with pork intestine is served, and you must compete with other tables for the attention of the ladies strolling by with their carts. Legend has a more comprehensive dim sum menu than most on the island, including dishes cooked tableside. Best egg custard tarts ever.
