This beachfront restaurant, styled like a Hawaiian canoe longhouse of old, is the place where notable chef Alan Wong first presided and still draws crowds not only for its location, but also for the extraordinary seafood dishes (Kona shellfish risotto, grilled 'ono with mac-nut curry sauce, seared moi).
