Wai'oli Tea Room
Hawai'i's past comes alive at the Wai'oli Tea Room, built in 1922 by the Salvation Army as a children's classroom. Whether it's a breakfast of Belgian waffles, a light lunch of the famed Wai'oli chicken curry salad or a quaint afternoon tea of finger sandwiches and pastries on the veranda (by appointment only), the clock practically stops as you experience the old-fashioned charm of this historic stone building tucked away in a garden in Manoa Valley.
