  BRAZILIAN

While the range of international restaurants in Hawai'i may be narrow, the number of ethnic restaurants is very large. Most of these are family-run operations where the prices are right, the servings are ample and the fuss is minimal.

Tudo de Bom

Honolulu's first and only churrasco (Brazilian-style spit-barbecue restaurant) serves all-you-can-eat, one-price meals that appeal to value-conscious Islanders. The name means "it's all good," but we've found some meat cuts here drier than others. We recommend you fill a plate with sides and starches (including some exceptionally good potato salad), then be picky about which meats you choose as the servers come around with their sizzling skewers. Top sirloin, lamb and sausage were our favorites.
