Hy's Steak House

Hy's is a step back in time, with the look of a stately English manor house, staffed by tuxedoed waiters. The welcoming atmosphere in this Waikiki institution tempers its formality, however. The focus is on kiawe-grilled steaks, chops and seafood, with classic tableside service (Caesar salad, Chateaubriand, flambŽ desserts) an indulgent specialty.
