Jawaiian Irie Jerk  
In Hawaii just a year, Chef Cassie is already making a spicy name for himself with his Jawaiian Irie Jerk lunch truck. During the week, he's in Mapunapuna, serving his Jamaican classics like jerk chicken, curry and Caribbean oxtail stew. Jerk is made with spices such as pepper, allspice and cinnamon, and Chef Cassie has his flown in from Jamaica. Nightcrawlers have discovered his Thursday nights (and mornings) at Fisherman's Wharf, when he takes over the kitchen downstairs.
