Longhi's, Lahaina   Bob Longhi introduced contemporary cuisine to Lahaina and the loyal clientele hasn't forgotten. Now his children work with him in a family of restaurants that includes the original Front Street location and outlets in Wailea and on Oahu at Ala Moana Center. The original location, with its spoken menus and great people-watching out the window, remains your favorite. The menu is as much California as Italy, including fresh pasta in light sauces, goat cheese ravioli, grilled local seafood, salads and steaks.
