Nanding's Bakery  
Fernando Paez bakes the pastries and breads of his native Philippines butter-laden ensaymadas, bright purple-centered ube rolls, mung-bean filled mongo loaves and sweet, buttery Spanish rolls shaped like puffy ladyfingers and coated with breadcrumbs. Nanding's expanded with a Wahiawa location in 2007.
