Roy's Poipu Bar & Grill   With a Kauai-born chef running this Roy's outpost and a laid-back vibe, the restaurant is a perfect mix of real Garden Isle and world-class food. Along with the signatures found on every Roy's menu (the misoyaki butterfish is a local fave), are chef Matt Dela Cruz's specials.
