CARRIBBEAN AND SOUTH AMERICAN
Tudo de Bom
In a city that loves buffets, a churrascaria Brazilian all-you-can-eat barbecue is a no-brainer. Just like in Rio, diners flip a two-tone wood marker on the table green means “I'm ready for my all-I-can-eat meat,” red means “cry uncle!”There's no menu you get salad bar, starch bar and meat for one price. The name means “it's all good,” but some meat cuts pork loin, chicken drumsticks with the meat balled on one end like a lollipop, top sirloin, lamb, chicken or pork sausage can arrive dry. When the server slices pieces off his sizzling skewer, don't take the overcooked outer morsels. For hungry carnivores, this place is a satisfying deal ($12.95 for weekday lunch of five different meats to $24.95 for weekend dinner of 14 meats). And you can get your Brazilian cocktail fix here they serve caiprinhas and frothy batidas.
