Waioli Tea Room 
Founded in 1922 in a gracious stone-fronted building surrounded by gardens in lush Manoa Valley, Waioli has gone through many permutations. Its specialty now is indulgent breakfasts and light lunches, but you can still get high tea by reserving in advance. That includes finger sandwiches, scones and other baked goods and tea for a flat fee. At lunch, the chicken curry salad and lilikoi chiffon cake are legendary.
