Before the party, head to Char Hung Sut for pork hash, manapua, rice cakes or chop suey cakes, rice roll, dumpling, pepeiao. Founded in 1945, this no-frills Chinatown take-out institution opens before dawn and closes by mid-afternoon. Go early, they run out.
