for the wide-ranging menu of
dishes they call Modern American
Cooking (updated comfort foods,
many of them), the immense servings,
the retro-sleek Jetsons-meetsdiner
stylish decor. It's the only 24
hour restaurant in Waikiki, and the
bar's open from 6 a.m. to 4 a.m.
Highly recommended (but you better
be hungry or sharing plates!):
14-inch pancakes in a variety of flavors,
the decadent Elvis sandwich
(peanut butter and bacon), mac and
cheese (they HAD to have that),
breakfast items at all hours. Price
range: $14-$28 for entrees.
