Ryan's Grill   When nothing will do but a glass of aged Glenfiddich served neat, Ryan's is the easy-access, group-consensus no-brainer. The wall o' booze includes 81 Scotches, bourbons and other whiskeys. For a chain it also has good cocktails. (The recipes are tested at the Seattle headquarters.) You get fresh stuff here not medicinal bottled mixes. The bloody mary is thick as a marinara sauce with 16 different ingredients, the effervescent mojito is one of the best in town, and where else can you get an aromatherapeutic lavender cosmo?
