CHEAP EATS
Mitsu-Ken  Cheap eats restaurant
There's always a line. They close early. And parking is impossible. It's a working definition of a great okazuya. And it describes Mitsu-Ken, a tiny operation on busy North School Street fronted by a take-out window that opens before dawn and slams shut just after lunch. Worth it for inexpensive breakfast specials (less than $4) and the ambrosial garlic chicken. Catering also available
1223 N. School St. 848-5573. 4:30 a.m.-1 p.m. Mondays-Saturdays. Call-in orders recommended. Cash only.
