CHEAP EATS
Sekiya's Restaurant & Delicatessen  Local classic eatery
Started as a saimin stand on School Street, Sekiya's has been in Kapahulu since 1955. Generations have grown up on its oyaku donburi, teri burgers and set dinners with choices such as butterfish. And we love that the menu still has “fountain service” Sekiya's is one of the last places in town that serves orange freeze. Another draw is the okazu case stocked with hash balls, inarizushi, tempura and “fried” saimin (noodle and veggie stir-fry).
