Wailana Coffee House      The 38-yearold Wailana is busy night and day with different crowds: senior citizens having early dinners, tourists grabbing quick breakfasts, residents of the building joining neighbors for lunch, nightcrawlers nursing incipient hangovers with an early breakfast and coffee refills. The Tom family owns this old-style coffee shop (fully renovated a few years back) where you'll find diner standards at more than reasonable prices: Belgian waffles, canned peaches with cottage cheese, burgers, sandwiches, "broasted" chicken, liver with fried onions, Salisbury steak and such — with your choice of soup, salad bar or fruit cocktail; fries, whipped potatoes or rice; and, of course, a roll.
