Cast and crew of ‘Lost’ contribute to star-powered spree of buying and selling Hawai'i’s residential real estate community has been starstruck this fall.
"We have had some serious celebrity buying and selling activity over here," said David Robins, of locally owned Prudential Locations in Honolulu.
The cast and crew of "Lost,'' the hit ABC show now in its third season of filming on O‘ahu, have contributed to the frenzy.
The latest to join the landed is Daniel Dae Kim, 38, who plays Jin-Soo Kwon and was voted one of the sexiest men last year by People magazine. He bought a 3,500-square-foot house on O‘ahu that has four bedrooms, an office and a media room. He paid about $1.5 million, according to his Los Angeles-based Realtor, Rick Lombardo of Amalfi Estates.
