2007 Merrie Monarch Festival concludes

In a rare occurrence, a men's halau, Halau I Ka Wekiu, won the overall award in the Merrie Monarch Festival hula competition Saturday night in Hilo, amassing enough points to overtake the leading women's halau, perennial contender Halau O Kamuela, by one point.
