Ashley, Costa-Taylor win at Pipeline Women's Pro

Anastasia Ashley and Karla Costa-Taylor took top honors at the North Shore Soap Factory Pipeline Women's Pro today.
Ashley won the surfing final and Costa-Taylor won the bodyboarding final.
The final day of the contest was run in 3- to 5-foot waves at the Banzai Pipeline. It is the only all-female contest staged at the famous Pipeline break.
Ashley, a former Hawai'i resident who now lives in California, received $1,000 for her victory. The other three finalists were from Hawai'i — Paige Alms placed second, followed by Bailey Nagy and Rochelle Ballard.
Costa-Taylor, who is from Brazil, received $1,000 for the bodyboarding victory. Jade Robles of Hawai'i was second.
