Kila Kaaihue signs one-year deal with Kansas City Royals

The Kansas City Royals have agreed to tersm with Iolani alum Kila Kaaihue to a one-year contract.
Terms were not announced.
The first baseman was drafted by the Royals in the 15th round in 2002.
