VANCOUVER, British Columbia — Unbeaten Canada has earned a spot in the gold-medal match for Olympic men’s curling.
Canada captured a 6-3 victory over surprising Sweden in the semifinals on Thursday. That means Canada will take on either Norway or Switzerland for gold on Saturday.
Canada went 9-0 in round-robin play at the Vancouver Games. A gold would make it the first team to go unbeaten since curling returned as an Olympic medal sport in 1998.
