First Hawaiian Bank Ward branch robbed again

The First Hawaiian Bank branch on Ward Avenue was robbed for the third time in two weeks Wednesday morning.
Police said the bank manager called at 10:31 a.m. Wednesday to report the latest robbery.
The robber in Wednesday’s incident wore a a blue hat, surgical mask, a white T-shirt and cargo pants.
The bank handed over an undisclosed amount of cash to the man, who showed a handgun, police said.
The robber left the bank on foot and was last seen heading toward Ward Avenue. Police converged on the area, but no arrests had been made as of 12:25 p.m.
The same branch was robbed on Feb. 11 and again on Feb. 16.
