Book editor offers ‘Bertrand Russell’ talk

William Bruneau, professor emeritus of Educational Studies at the University of British Columbia and editor of “The Collected Papers of Bertrand Russell” will present a talk tomorrow titled “The Education of Bertrand Russell.”
The free talk, set for noon to 1:15 p.m., will be held at the University of Hawaii’s Manoa campus, 1800 East West Road, Henke Hall — Room No. 325.
In 1950, Russell — a philosopher, logician, mathematician, historian, socialist, pacifist and social critic — was awarded the Nobel Prize in Literature.
