Our happiness is often ruined because we take seriously the insults, slights and gossip of others. We need to learn the technique of the boxer — to roll with the punches. Why not feel sorry for the perpetrator instead of being resentful? Why not be big enough in mind and heart so we cannot be injured by the criticisms of small minds?
