"Coronado," 6 p.m., Hallmark Channel. Claire Winslow (Kristin Dattilo) has had a sweet life. She's a beautiful blonde, studying to be a doctor like her dad. She is engaged to a handsome chap who does ... well, something international. Then she decides to surprise him overseas. Guess which one gets the biggest surprise. What follows is an entertaining mix of humor, action and revolution. There's one flaw — a tendency to make Central Americans buffoonish — and many pluses. Think of the terrific 1984 movie "Romancing the Stone" adjusted for a slightly more feminist age.

OF NOTE

Baseball, 10 a.m., Fox. A doubleheader, in the best-of-seven series to choose the World Series teams. First is the third National League game, with the St. Louis Cardinals visiting the Houston Astros. Then the fourth American League game.

Racing, 1 p.m., NBC. This NASCAR race is from Lowe's Motor Speedway, in Concord, N.C.

"Lost," 7 p.m., ABC. All of ABC's prime time is devoted to quick reruns of some of the better dramas. That starts with this one, focusing on Hurley. He is bugged by the fact that the secret numbers in the hatch are the same ones that he used to win the lottery, ruining his life.

"Cold Case," 7 p.m., CBS. Back in 1976, this rerun says, a boxer died after a prolonged, 15-round fight. Now it turns out the referee was bribed to let the fight continue. Was homicide involved?

"CSI: Miami," 8 p.m., CBS. This rerun has drug smugglers stuff the goods inside live boa constrictors.

"Invasion," 8 p.m., ABC. After the real-life Hurricane Andrew, there were monkeys wandering loose in Homestead, Fla. They had been in research labs that were battered. This episode adds a fictional twist: The monkeys carry a deadly virus.

"Commander in Chief," 9 p.m., ABC. At home, the president nudges her children back to school. Overseas, Drug Enforcement Agency operatives are about to be executed.

"Saturday Night Live," 10:30 p.m., NBC. The show runs clips in "The Best of David Spade."
