The franchise owner of Pizza Hut and Taco Bell restaurants in Hawai'i said the first of three new locations opened yesterday — a Pizza Hut with takeout and delivery service at Salt Lake Shopping Center.

Franchisor TD Food Group said adjacent Pizza Hut and Taco Bell restaurants are scheduled to open at La'ie Shopping Center on Wednesday. The La'ie Pizza Hut will offer takeout and delivery service, while the Taco Bell will have limited seating.

TD Food Group acquired 85 restaurants in Hawai'i, Guam and Saipan under the Pizza Hut, Taco Bell and Long John Silver's A&W All American Foods Restaurant brands from the owner of Theo H. Davies & Co. Ltd. in late 2004.
