About midway through President Bush's speech, at 4:43 p.m. in Honolulu, about 100 people occupied part of Nimitz Highway near Aloha Tower, closing the eastbound lanes for about 10 minutes, police said.
Police said it was part of an anti-Bush march that began at Bishop and King streets and ended at Aloha Tower. No arrests were reported.
