Do your good deed for the day: Drop off much-needed school supplies for underprivileged elementary-school kids on the west side of O'ahu at today's ABCs of Rotary, a drive sponsored by the Kapolei Rotary Club.

Hours are from 9 a.m. to 1 p.m. Bring the supplies to the Teachers Lounge at Kapolei High School, 91-5007 Kapolei Parkway. 674-2500.

There's another good deed to consider: The Papakolea Community Health Fair will host a bone-marrow drive for a patient of Samoan ancestry. Hours are from 10 a.m. to 4 p.m. today at Papakolea Community Center and Park, 2150 Tantalus Drive.

Donors must be 18-to-60 years old and in good health.
