PACIFIC TELECOMMUNICATIONS COUNCIL

Volunteers are needed for a variety of tasks such as logistics, ushering and registration in organizing the council's 29th annual conference, themed "Beyond Telecom," happening in January at the Hilton Hawaiian Village. Over 1,000 delegates pay as much as $1,000 to attend, but volunteers can be a part of it for free.

HAWAIIAN HUMANE SOCIETY

Seeking people who are available weekday mornings until noon and who like clerical work such as making phone calls, preparing mail, sending faxes, data entry and other duties as needed. Volunteers will be trained by staff.
