Kaiser 4-1; tied atop OIA White

CJ Criado caught a 4-yard touchdown pass from Skylar Chan with 4 minutes to play as host Kaiser beat Pearl City, 7-0, last night in an O'ahu Interscholastic Association White Division game.

Kaiser (4-2, 4-1) moved into a first-place tie with Waipahu. Pearl City (4-1-1, 3-1-1) slipped to third.

The Cougars' defense stopped Pearl City three times inside the 10-yard line.

McQuown threw a 20-yard touchdown pass to David Ferreira in the second quarter, and scored on a 29-yard run in the fourth.

'Aiea's Alfredo Higa completed 30 of 56 passes for 309 yards, but threw five interceptions. Lofa Liilii caught 14 passes for 148 yards.
