Fried-rice picks?

Everyone has a favorite spot for fried rice, whether it comes with kamaboko or kim chee, char siu or shredded cabbage. Omelet on top? Made with shoyu? Oily kind or dry?

We're doing a fried-rice taste-off in November and we need your help. Tell us where you go for the best fried rice — and why you like that version so much.
