TONIGHT'S MUST-SEE
"30 Rock," 7 p.m., NBC. In last week's opener, the new boss (Alec Baldwin) meddled with "The Girlie Show." He made the producer (Tina Fey) hire an eccentric movie star (Tracy Morgan). Now there are plans to build the show around him. The original star (Jane Krakowski) fumes. This episode has an erratic, stop-and-start humor. Still, there are some laugh-out-loud moments, plus fun surprises in the final minutes.
"Project Runway" finale, 7 p.m., Bravo. You can catch the entire season, starting at 7 a.m. Then the finale watches the final four during Fashion Week. Michael Knight is the only one with a degree in fashion design. He's 28, lives in Atlanta and grew up in Montgomery, Ala. Laura Bennett is 43 and a mother of five. She grew up in New Orleans, but has been a New York architect for 15 years. Uli Herzner, 35, is a former physical therapist. A native of Germany, she lives in Miami Beach. Jeffrey Sebelia, 36, of Los Angeles, has had a rock band (Lifter) and a clothing line (Cosa Nostra).

Baseball, 2 p.m., Fox. If both league championships have been settled, Fox will have "Bones" reruns.
"Jericho," 7 p.m., CBS. When the electricity is restored, people get a federal message, saying help is on the way. But is it?
"Dancing With the Stars," 7 p.m., ABC. It's time for a sixth person to be ousted.
"Black Movie Awards," 7 p.m., TNT. Tyler Perry, the gifted actor-writer-director, hosts. He plans to start the show with a filmed takeoff of others' movies. His own film, "Madea's Family Reunion," is up for three awards. There are special awards this year for Cicely Tyson, Spike Lee and Laurence Fishburne. Presenters include Oprah Winfrey and Angela Bassett.
"Lost," 8 p.m., ABC. Last week, the man who had been known as Henry Gale startled Jack (and viewers) by saying he'd grown up on the island, was in touch with the outside world and could send Jack back home at any time. Tonight, we finally learn what happened to Locke, Eko and Desmond after the hatch exploded.
"Top Chef" season-opener, 8 p.m., Bravo. This reality competition debuts here, then next week moves to its regular spot at 7 p.m. Wednesdays.
"Moyers on America," 9 p.m., PBS. The Internet began as a home for ragged individualists, but has been the target of corporations. Bill Moyers looks at its future.
"Dateline," 9 p.m., NBC. Keep in mind that "Kidnapped" has been booted from its Wednesday slot. This week, it takes a slot at 8 p.m. Saturdays, promising to finish its story in a 13-week season.
"The Nine," 9 p.m., ABC. Last week ended with a shock, as Dr. Jeremy Kates (Scott Wolf) apparently killed one of the robbers who had held him captive. Tonight, Jeremy is deeply troubled. Also last week, Egan (John Billingsley) left his job and basked in the media spotlight; Nick (Tim Daly) kept quiet and accepted a promotion after his police colleagues threatened retributions on others. Kathryn (Kim Raver), by comparison, has trouble returning to her old life.
