Honolulu police are seeking a fugitive wanted on an outstanding $13,000 warrant for questioning in an arson investigation.

Stephen Alcosiba, 32, was arguing with his former girlfriend at her residence at 1908-A Liliha Street, which was set on fire at 2:30 a.m. on Oct. 5, police said. No one was injured, but the fire destroyed one house and damaged five other structures and two vehicles.

Gasoline was used to start the fire, police said.

The woman Alcosiba was arguing with is the mother of his 2-year-old son, police said.

Damage to the woman's residence was estimated at $175,000 to the structure and $20,000 to its contents. The fire also caused $109,000 in damage to the other buildings and $12,000 to contents.

Anyone with information on Alcosiba's whereabouts can call CrimeStoppers at 955-8300 or *CRIME on a cellphone.

Police also released a sketch of a man on a bicycle who robbed a woman at gunpoint yesterday morning in a parking lot at 949 Kapi'olani Boulevard.

The robbery was reported at 8:30 a.m.

The woman, 26, told police the man took money and fled east on Waimanu Street on a silver-colored mountain bike with straight handle bars.
