BILLY JOEL IN DECEMBER

Tickets go on sale at 9 a.m. tomorrow for a Dec. 16 concert by pop icon Billy Joel, who returns to the Islands after nearly two decades.

The singer/songwriter/ "Piano Man" has amassed six Grammy Awards and 33 Top 10 hits. Among his popular tunes are "New York State of Mind," "Uptown Girl" and "Good Night Saigon."

The concert begins at 8 p.m. at the Blaisdell Arena.
