THE MOANA SURFRIDER WESTIN RESORT will open June 1 following extensive renovations and rebranding by Westin Hotels & Resorts. Upgrades include a revitalized lobby with hardwood floors, new furniture and lighting fixtures. All guestrooms will be equipped with Westin's signature bed and bath amenities as well as flat-screen televisions. Upgrades to guestrooms in the historic Banyan Wing are planned for later this year.

The Moana's beachfront spa will open in early 2008 with 14 treatment rooms, including two massage rooms for couples, and a fitness facility.
