The Ko'olaupoko Hawaiian Civic Club is hosting a scholarship lu'au in conjunction with its 70th anniversary and the Celebrate Kane'ohe festivities, from 2 to 8 p.m. Saturday at Kualoa Ranch.

Some $30 tickets are still available and they include entertainment by Moloka'i Three, Jerry Santos with Olomana and Kekoa Kaluhiwa, Na Hoahanau, and hula by Shana Lam Ho and the Na 'Opio o Ko'olau hula halau.

The event will feature recognition of 12 distinguished kama'aina pioneers, a lucky-number drawing and silent auction.
