Perry & Price still rule Honolulu radio ratings

Some things never change, or at least that appears to be the case with the No. 1 spot in the just-out spring Arbitron radio ratings.
KSSK's morning drive duo, Michael W. Perry and Larry Price, maintained their formidable lead in the March 29 to June 30 period. They had nearly four times as many listeners as No. 2 KINE-FM during their simulcast on AM and FM dials. The pair's spring ratings grew 1.9 share points over the winter survey.
KSSK-FM dropped a bit in the overall station ratings, but remains No. 1. Its AM sister station was at No. 3, after posting the book's largest gain of 2.2 share points from the previous period.
KRTR-FM took the biggest hit, both in morning drive time and in the overall ratings, dropping more than 2 share points —from No. 2 to No. 3 in the morning, and from No. 2 to No. 5 in the overall survey.
Figures represent "shares" — the percentage of listeners tuned in to a particular station during the specified time.
